Fox Yard Studio – Art Gallery has been in business since 2019 and is located in the heart of Suffolk, Stowmarket. A well-established gallery, we provide promotional services to talented artists, for which we charge an annual promotional fee.

Ø Through our Mailing List, mentions of your artist name and invitations to the exhibitions will be emailed to our mailing lists of collectors, clients and art lovers
Ø Exhibitions with the mention of your artist name will be announced on our website and on other related sites
Ø Private views are a great opportunity to build your network in the British art world
Ø Photos of our exhibitions will be captured and the events shared on social media
Ø You will be offered Professional Guidance. We understand your art, the marketplace, and the business of being an artist
FAQS
Gallery Exhibitions
· How many artworks can I exhibit?
We will select a maximum of four artworks in order to achieve the best possible presentation, aesthetically and conceptually. A size limit also applies to 50x70cm. Please contact us if you create larger works.
· Is it possible to renew at the end of the exhibition period?
Yes, we can discuss the possibility of renewing your agreement.
· Will you have a group show or solo show? What is the duration of the exhibition?
All our exhibition options offer a collective show only. The duration of our exhibitions is 2-3 weeks. The exhibitions will take place in our art gallery only.
· Are the artworks insured during the exhibition?
Your work will be covered by our fine arts insurance policy while it is displayed in our gallery.
· How long can you have the artworks in your gallery?
Once the 6 months period ends, we will reach out to post back any unsold artworks. We can help you with the process but you are responsible for your shipping and shipping-related arrangements and costs, including customs.
· What is the commission structure?
The commission structure on the sale of art is 70% for the artist and 30% for the gallery. Sales occur at our exhibitions, through ongoing marketing, and on our Online Art Gallery, www.foxyardstudio.co.uk.
· Can you guarantee that you will sell my artwork?
We promise that we will do everything that is outlined in the Agreement, however we cannot and will not guarantee that your artwork will sell.
· Can the art gallery assist you with pricing my artwork?
Yes, pricing assistance is exclusively available to our artists. We will recommend the price of your artwork based on your CV, experience and the selling price of similar work by other artists.
Portfolio Submission
We welcome artists to submit their portfolio for review by our team at Fox Yard Studio. Please note that there is a £30 administrative processing payment to have your portfolio reviewed, which will be credited towards the representation fee if you are accepted.
